Kerry Co-Operative Creameries Limited (“Kerry Co-Op”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a registered agricultural co-operative society. We are registered in Ireland (registration number 3681R) and have our registered office at FBD House, Fels Point, Dan Spring Road, Tralee, Co. Kerry.

(f) Website Data: your IP address, browser type and length of user session. Please note that we do not track or record information about individuals on their visits. We may compile and report aggregate statistics about our users in terms of numbers, traffic patterns and related site information. Any such statistics will not include any personally identifying information;
(g) Any other information you have provided to us.

2. Legal bases

The personal data described above is used by us and by third party service providers acting on our behalf. The legal bases on which we collect, process and transfer your personal data for these purposes are:

If you are a shareholder, we will retain your personal data for the duration of your shareholding in Kerry Co-Op and for such a period of time after you cease to be a shareholder in Kerry Co-Op as is necessary to comply with our obligations under applicable law and, if relevant, to deal with any claim or dispute that might arise in connection with your shareholding.

6. Necessity of provision of certain information and consequences

If you are a shareholder:

• you are under a statutory obligation to provide us with certain personal information under the Industrial and Provident Societies Acts 1893 to 2021;

• you are also under a contractual obligation to provide us with certain personal information under the Rules of Kerry Co-Operative Creameries Limited.

If you do not provide us with this personal information, you will be in breach of your applicable statutory or contractual obligations, and we may have such legal rights and remedies against you as are available under applicable law and/or the Rules of Kerry Co-Operative Creameries Limited.

If you visit our website, you are not under a statutory or contractual requirement to provide us with your personal data.
